It is really frustrating that no-one seems to be able to help me resolve this issue and is just passing me off. I can only assume that my post office didn't send my parcels out that day, but I was within the "post by" date on the label and took them to the post office at lunch time so well within the time frame of last collection for the day. If my label was deemed out of date and wasn't actually used to complete the delivery will I automatically get refunded? Choose your preferred delivery service by selecting View all services. Select eBay Delivery powered by Packlink, and login. Heres how: Go to Sold in My eBay or Seller Hub, select the item and then select Print postage label. "If the label isn't used, the refund will be processed within 19 days and the funds will be returned to the same PayPal account from which the label was bought." Its easy to create and print postage labels using eBay Delivery powered by Packlink. I don't have any reference numbers for the postage labels that I can give to royal mail and have no idea where I can go on the website to try and resolve this, but having been searching for any forums with advise I found this thread and you mention that I also emailed paypal and explained it all and they told me to contact royal mail. I had a hard time tracking down the postage transactions in paypal and they do not correlate in any way to the items I sold for which the postage was purchased, but when I did match some up and tried to put a dispute in paypal flagged the transactions up as non-disputable! I contacted ebay as the postage was purchased more than 7 days previous so I couldn't void the labels, and went through a long drawn out conversation and they basically said if I contact paypal about the unused labels I can get a refund. I am refunding £3.80 over and over now, and in some cases this means I have basically paid for someone to have the items I was selling and I am actually out of pocket overall. When customers are collecting they have been told the prepaid label was out of date! I've now been getting numerous emails from people about packages not having arrived a week later, and now they are getting cards from royal mail saying they owe £2.80 plus £1.00 handling as postage wasn't paid on the items. This was all done the day after I printed the paid/printed the labels so they were all still in date. ![]() ![]() Most I popped into the post box at the end of the road, but some didn't fit so I took a bag of about 8 packages to my local post office and just handed them in over the counter, said they were prepaid, and went on my way. I went through ebay and did prepaid postage labels for about 50+ items in the last month. Having problems regards labels and paypal/ebay etc recently.
